6. Subscription and Payment
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described below.
Credits: Some plans include usage credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until renewal.
7. Intellectual Property
Our IP: All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by Knowdeep.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit. By using our services, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the services.
Research Outputs: You own the research reports and outputs generated for you, subject to any third-party content restrictions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
